Purple & White Beach Party 2017

We are proud to announce that the Purple & White Beach Party, sponsored by Tim Vanech ’91 and Shorepoint Capital, was a huge success! The event was held at the Coast Guard House in Narragansett, RI – co-owned by Classical alum Joe Formicola ’63.

Seven decades of Classical High School graduates were represented at the event; alumni from 1952 through 2006 and in between showed up in purple and white to show their school pride.

In the image to the left, from left to right: Jose Batista ’06, member of CHSAA Board of Directors, Bob Caruolo ’52, and Leila Chammas ’06, CHSAA Marketing and Communications Specialist.

Steve DiRuzzo ’90 DJed, playing decades of hits throughout the night. Dr. Curtis Odom ’90, CHSAA Board President and Principal and Managing Partner at Prescient Strategists, sponsored an hour of open bar – a huge hit among alumni! While some alumni connected for the first time, others reconnected; the class of 1990 was represented especially strongly that night with 10 members!
